Observation Tour on Agricultural Value Chain Financing
APRACA CENTRAB conducted a training program for eight (8) delegates headed by the Deputy Director General of Nepal Department of Agriculture, Mr. Beni Bahadur Basnet and coordinated byt Mr. Gokarna Raj Aryal, Project Director, Raising Incomes of Small and Medium Farmers Project (RISMFP). The program was an observation tour on agricultural value chain financing in the country which was held from July 16 – 18, 2015 in Manila, Batangas, and Cavite, Philippines.
The observation tour provided the participants with an overview of the value chain financing schemes, initiatives and services undertaken by key stakeholders to strengthen the agricultural sector in the country.
